  1. Scope. This policy describes how Big Smoke Empire, LLC, operating as Big Smoke Armament ("BSE"), collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through bigsmokega.com and the BSE online course portal at learn.bigsmokega.com.
  2. Information We Collect. Through contact and inquiry forms we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. When you enroll in a course we collect your name, email address, and enrollment records. Payments are processed by the course platform's payment processor; BSE does not receive or store your full card number or bank details.
  3. How We Use Your Information. We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver courses you enroll in, issue certificates, maintain training records, and send service messages about your enrollment. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  4. Information Sharing. BSE does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and courses (such as the course platform and its payment processor), each bound to use the information only for that purpose; with government agencies or auditors when legally required; or with your consent.
  5. Training Records and Certificates. Course completion records and certificates are retained so we can verify your training on request, including verification requested by you for legal or court purposes.
  6. Children's Privacy. BSE courses are intended for adults who meet the age requirement stated in each course description. Our sites are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
  7. Cookies and Analytics. Our sites may use standard web analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as page views and general location. These tools do not identify you personally and are not used to sell your information.
  8. Data Security. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including limiting access to authorized personnel and using reputable platforms for enrollment and payment processing.
