Version 1.0 | Effective July 12, 2026

  1. Purchases and Access. Course purchases on learn.bigsmokega.com create a personal, non transferable license to view the course for your own learning. Your enrollment is tied to your account and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Course materials, videos, slides, and handouts are the intellectual property of Big Smoke Empire, LLC and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
  2. Pricing and Payment. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchasers at any time. Payment is collected by the course platform's payment processor at the time of purchase.
  3. Refunds. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have completed less than 25 percent of the course and no certificate has been issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After the window closes, or once a certificate is issued, purchases are final. In person class fees are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled class start, and transferable to a later class date after that.
  4. Certificates. Certificates are issued only on completion of the course requirements stated in the course description, including any exam or practical standard. A certificate documents training completed; it is not a license, permit, or legal qualification of any kind.
  5. Educational Content Only. Course content, including content about Georgia law, self defense, and use of force, is general education, not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including safe storage, transport, carry, and use of firearms.
  6. Safety Responsibility. Online course content does not by itself qualify anyone to handle a firearm. You are solely responsible for safe handling and storage of any firearm you own or use, and for meeting the legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
  7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, BSE's total liability for any claim arising out of a course purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that course. BSE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  8. General. Georgia law governs these terms. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version and date above reflect the most recent revision. Questions can be directed to the contact address published on bigsmokega.com.
